Walking Pad:
THERUN Under Desk Walking Pad

Simple, lightweight, easy.
I’m recommending the SupeRun Under Desk Walking Pad purely for its low price and relatively good lifespan. It's nearly always under $99 or less.
That being said, I also really like the size and ease of use. I move mine under my desk and back out several times a day.
If you walk 10-20k steps a day, this will last 3-6 months. If you walk less than that, it will last indefinitely.
Walking Pad w/ Handle:
Sperax Walking Treadmill, 3 in 1 Under Desk Treadmill

There’s also a non-handlebar version of this walking pad, but if you’re going to go no handlebar, you might as well just get a smaller/cheaper model.
Although clunkier than the THERUN, the Sperax Walking Treadmill includes a handlebar for stability and therefore does not require a standing desk.
If you just want to watch TV in the middle of your living room, I highly recommend a handlebar.
Under Desk Elliptical:
Cubii GO - Under Desk Elliptical Bike Pedal Exerciser

If you’re planning to use this on a slick surface like laminate, make sure to get a Cubii mat.
If you want to get exercise in the laziest way possible, the Cubbi Go is hard to beat. You can work or watch shows easily while pedaling.
Although pricey, you can get cheaper models and also catch them on sale.
