Semi-healthy.com is a cooking and lifestyle website for people who want healthier meals without feeling like they’re eating napkins. It’s an optimization website at its core for those interested in small, realistic, sustainable changes.

What does that mean?
It means max flavor-focus for fewer carbs and calories. Not every recipe can be a 200-calorie miracle, and that’s fine. But most recipes have a ton of extra calories for almost no reason. I try to optimize macros without losing much soul.
