Freeze Trays for Meal Prep:
Souper Cubes Variety Pack

For a meal prepper the Souper Cubes Ecosystem is life-changing. Sure the silicone freeze trays have existed for a while, but never at this quality level, never this streamlined, never covering all the sizes you need.
The silicone itself is reinforced with steel to make the lids snap on air-tight.
They’re also just really fun. They’re also very useful for this new trend called Lego meal prep where basically you freeze a bunch of modular components (entrees, sides, etc.) and then you can just build a bunch of different meals on the fly. Really cool/fun concept.
These are my new favorite kitchen “toy.”
Masher:
OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Smooth Potato Masher

The OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Smooth Potato Masher is one of those rare tools that stays useful far beyond its name. The sturdy stainless grid mashes potatoes, boiled eggs, avocados, or beans with almost no effort, giving you that perfect rough-mash texture. The cushioned, angled handle keeps your wrist comfortable and steady, even when working through dense food. Dishwasher-safe and rustproof, it’s built to last for years—and it quietly replaces a food processor for half the jobs you actually do.
I actually have 3 of these to make sure that I always have a clean one available.
Spatula Rest/Egg Cracker:
Crack'em Egg Cracker & Spoon Rest (Black 3-Pack)

The Crack’em Egg Cracker & Spoon Rest is one of those tiny gadgets that feels gimmicky until you actually use it—then it just becomes part of your routine. The raised center ridge gives you a clean spot to crack eggs without stray shell pieces or countertop mess, and the shallow base catches drips for easy cleanup. Between batches, it doubles as a spoon rest for whisks or spatulas, keeping sauce and batter contained instead of scattered. They also stack neatly, so you can keep extras on hand while one’s in the wash.
These are also great gifts for fellow cooks.
Food Chopper:

This thing is amazing for small, quick jobs for which a Food Processor would be overkill.
The Chef’n VeggiChop Hand-Powered Food Chopper is a godsend when you don’t want to grab your food processor. A few pulls of the cord chops onions, herbs, nuts, or salsa ingredients in seconds—no electricity, no noise, and no bulky appliance to haul out. The blades are sharp, the bowl sturdy, and the pull mechanism smooth instead of flimsy. Cleanup is easy; you just pop in in the dishwasher and it hardly takes up any space.
Bench Scraper:
Pro Dough Pastry Scraper/Cutter/Chopper

I’m pretty good with a knife, but bench scrapers beat the “hand and knife” transfer technique any day.
The Pro Dough Pastry Scraper/Cutter/Chopper is one of those things that you don’t really think you need until you start using it. Although it is technically a “baking” tool, I use it for all prep work. It makes transferring piles of scallions or diced onions a breeze without sending little veggies flying everywhere. You can also use them as choppers.
